Oes Academy History
OES Academy was founded in 1991 as an English School teaching
English as a second language.
It later began the OES Airline School in 1996 becoming one of the largest gateways in Japan, for employment in the Airline Industry.
In the 20 years since, OES has grown in popularity as one of the largest
flight attendant training schools nationwide. We take pride in producing
the largest success rate for applicants who desire a career as cabin crew
and ground staff.
Our curriculum is focused upon training in communication skills in English,
Image training, and Grooming Techniques. We are committed to fostering student interest in the awareness and understanding of the curriculum and developement of qualities that procduce the best in- flight crew and ground staff.
Preparation of the resume, cover letters and related documents in English, is incorporated into the curriculum.
In addition, special lessons are also conducted with focus upon grooming check and first impressions in preparation to meet high standards for a a rigorous selection process. As a result, we have been proud to provide noteworthy Japanese crew members who have met the required standards for Emirates Airline, Etihad Airlines, Air Asia, Jetstar, Philippine Airlines, KLM Royal Dutch Airlines, Virgin Atlantic, Singapore Airlines and many more major airlines both foreign and domestic.
